Goat

Cypress Grove “Purple Haze” – 5oz
Fresh goat cheese in a three inch round chevre disk. The perfect mixture of lavender and fennel pollen gives this cheese a sweet flavor that plays off the acidity in the cheese for a delightful complement.

Sierra Nevada Cheese Co .Chevre – 8oz
Savor the soft, creamy texture of this award-winning “Caprae” Fresh Chèvre, This smooth cheese features light citrus flavor notes.

Cypress Grove “Humbolt Fog” – 16oz
Cypress Grove’s signature offering, Humboldt Fog is an elegant, soft, surface ripened goat milk cheese. The texture is creamy and luscious with a subtle tangy flavor. Each handcrafted wheel features a ribbon of edible vegetable ash along its center and a coating of ash under its exterior to give it a distinctive, cake-like appearance.

Cheddar

Fiscalini Cheese Co “Purple Moon” - 8 oz
Its distinctive label depicts a cartoon Holstein cow posed relaxing in a crescent moon, enjoying a glass of wine. This six month aged cheddar, soaked in award winning California North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon, makes this cheese purple on the outside, creamy on the inside, and exceptionally delicious.

Brie / Soft

Pavé D’Affinois – 150g
Pave D'Affinois is a French, modern, creamery soft-white vegetarian cheese made from cow's milk in the Lyonnais region. When matured, Pave D'Affinois has a flavor similar to Brie.

St. Marcellin Crocks - 300g
Pasteurized cow’s milk; the cheese is soft and when brought to room temperature, runny. The flavor is nutty and exotic, balanced acidity, yet very creamy.

Alta Robiola Bosina - 260g
Cow & Sheep’s milk – (60% - 40%) Delicate and harmonious, sweet with a milky fragrance. Creamy inside when aged. Best when put out at room temperature a couple of hours before consumption.

Blue / Bleu

King Island Dairy “Roaring Forties” - 200g
King Island Dairy Roaring Forties Blue is a full flavored blue with a sweet, slightly nutty character, a rich mouth feel and good aftertaste. The rindless cheese is matured in its wax coating, which cuts off the oxygen supply, promoting its sweet and fruity flavor. The wax also assists in retaining the blue's moisture, creating a smooth and creamy texture.
